White Lee Business Park

Our White Lee site is perfectly positioned next to the busy A646, which means it gets plenty of passing trade. The main road also makes it good for planned visits from local areas or further afield, while on-site parking is another great incentive for customers. Mytholmroyd’s railway station is close enough for walking too, which suits staff looking for an easy commute by train.

Easy to reach We’re just 20 minutes from the M62 and halfway between Leeds and Manchester, with easy access even for HGVs. Alternatively, there are regular trains to Mytholmroyd and two international airports within 40 miles. We’re great for commuters too, with excellent local public transport, free parking, and scenic paths for walkers and cyclists.

Ready for anything Whatever the weather does, we don’t stop. We’re out of the flood zone, which means lower risk and lower insurance premiums, and our private snowplough, gritter and backup generators mean we’re immune to even the worst of the winter weather.

Safe, connected and functional We keep our buildings and grounds in excellent condition, from structural repairs or making sure heating, plumbing and ventilation work perfectly, right through to interior decorating.

One of the family There’s a culture of inclusion on our sites, and you’ll be among likeminded people who value the commercial and personal benefit of things like partnership, community, and a better work-life balance

Tenant quote

“Thornber has supported my organisation to grow, and therefore I can now afford to have a space that’s bigger and more comfortable and gives off a much better impression to my workshop guests because it’s a professional-looking and feeling space, and lots of my workshop guests will comment on that when they come in. They will comment on how nice the grounds are; they will comment on the lovely big windows that look out to the hillside. So, I think it’s good value for money, and it’s helped my business make more money.”
